            A Beacon student is a student, passionate towards their art. Whether a beacon student takes theatre, culinary, or visual, they all share the same characteristics.  Beacon students are not regular students, they are very ambitious towards their art. If you try to disrespect a beacon students art, be prepared to be yelled at, they are very bold about their passion. Beacon students are definitely the most unique students in the state. Not only because their personalities are different, but by the way they attend school. Other students from around the state attend school for regular school courses, such as English and Math, etc, when a Beacon student attends Beacon specifically for their art. Hence making their learnings, in school, different but only in a positive way. Beacon students are great students once you get to know them!

            A culinary student is a student who learns how to deal with stress and use that to their advantage. Culinary students are constantly working fast paced, while working fast paced a lot of skills come along with that, like patience, multitasking, and team work. These skills help us become great leaders, and with that skill we can use that in our future endeavors as successful men and women. Culinary students are unique from every other art because culinary is always changing. When you paint something in visual that's basically finished, but in culinary when you make something it is always changing to something new and unique. Although every beacon student is unique and different than other public school students, culinary stand out from their qualities.

            I am a Beacon student who is passionate not only towards culinary but towards a handful of things. I am passionate towards culinary, music, my church, and skateboarding. My passions not only define who I am, but they show purpose and meaning in my life. If I could describe myself I would say that I am a passionate, energetic, artistic, funny, reliable person who is enjoyable to be around. Beacon students are described as unique, but if you look at myself and then at everyone else at the school, I would be seen as a unique person.
