In this assignment we had to find research on an assigned country and write a research paper on that country in our Spanish II class. We had to find our research in a book that Mrs. Mowry has in her classroom. The books were specifically for our country and had numerous amounts of information to help write the paper. After finding the information in the book we had to log the information in a special notebook called a “Blue-book”. This notebook helped us become organized with this paper and all of our information. The next thing we had to do was to actually write the MLA formatted research paper.
This paper took me a long time to complete. We had a full school week with computers to type it and I still did not complete it because, of course, I was slacking off. My strengths on this paper were the organization of my notes and the strength of my wording for the MLA paper. Some weaknesses on my research paper were my slackness and my incompletion. If I had handed the MLA paper in earlier my grade would have been better. After completing the research I had learned many new facts on my country. One thing that I would change if I did this assignment again is that I would concentrate on this paper and focus more on completing it. If I had done this in the first place it would have been so much better.
