My name is Bethany Crawford, from Warwick, Rhode Island. I’m a 16-year-old junior at Beacon Charter High School for the Arts as a theatre major. While not in school, I enjoy drawing, painting, reading, surfing the Internet, singing, writing, talking to my friends and girlfriend, and playing with my dogs. I was homeschooled for middle school and have greatly enjoyed my time at Beacon. I also enjoy being in after-school activities such as the theatre troupe and productions, student council, NHS, and the after-school chorus group. After I graduate, I hope to major in electrical and mechanical engineering during my college career and go on to redesign the widespread transportation systems to become more eco-friendly, as well as perhaps participate in live theatre in the meantime.
