I am.....
A Beacon student is like a diamond in the rough. A student who is beginning to understand the meaning of responsibility; starts out as punk off the street to show they are not scared of anyone. A Beacon student is someone who eventually gets out of that phase of being a tough boy after becoming familiar with their surroundings at the school. A kid that begins to evolve into a young adult who understands and accepts responsibility for his or her actions. Someone who enjoys life with art and meaning.
A visual student is someone who has a wild imagination. A person who is creative; who sees everything as art where ever they go. Whose imagination flows onto paper as art. Someone who understands the meaning of art. For example, seeing a mural of Big Pun in graffiti, walking in a rainforest and accepting the rainforest as art.
My name is Felix Colón and I am one of those Beacon students who began his freshman year as a punk, and recently began to understand life and the world around me. I now understand the meaning of life and what it means to never give up. Beacon has helped me overcome my insecurities. It has transformed me from a shy awkward kid to a more confident and outgoing young adult.

Felix-
"wit" should be replaced with "with" in your screenwriting journal.

Three paragraphs: I like the idea of the exploration of your family as the theme of your capstone. The opening seems a little random, but I do like the idea of showing your being true to who you are and refusing to change. I think that this will turn out to be a very interesting film.

Three Paragraphs - I think your paragraphs came out awesome! Besides the grammatical errors, I think it might be hard for you to recreate going to Puerto Rico and the dramatic emotions that happened there. I also feel that it doesn't really end. Try to come up with a resolution at the end.

Three Sentences
I think your capstone is very intriguing. The only problem I could see happening is what the point of your capstone is about. Is it about the research on your grandfather or is it about what you discovered in Puerto Rico?

Mandy- This is a excellent start! Its also great that your mom has found her father because there is nothing in the world a girl can go through with out her father. It seems to be a wonderful film I cant wait to see what happends and actually watch it..... Im really looking foward to it. Other than that it was awesome.
